Beer Garden Irrigation System Being Installed
Busy week as work has begun on the latest upgrade to the Highland Creek Beer Garden! Our brand-new irrigation system is being installed. In areas that have irregular precipitation, an irrigation system improves growth and quality of plantings in the new area. We are putting 800′ of irrigation in ground in the Beer Garden in preparation for ornamentals and shrubbery to be planted next week.
Electrical connections for the Beer Garden are in a holding pattern with some equipment delayed by the present “supply-chain” issues. Don’t be surprised if you see our GM Mark McLauchlan in a bucket lift cutting back some dead branches and clearing sight lines of overgrown trees in the Beer Garden.
Once in service, the Wood Fired Pizza Oven Concession Trailer will offer fresh baked pizzas in an authentic wood fired pizza oven, eight different beers on tap and a host of other food and beverage options all under the guidance of our Executive Chef Mike Leone. Menu creation and food preparations are in full swing with Mike and Sous Chef Mikey Orlando rolling out the Taproom menu. In addition to the Taproom menu, Chef Mike will be creating weekly specials of three-five entrees.
Work on the Highland Creek Beer Garden is progressing, and if you are not already following us on social media or are not on our mailing list, be sure to follow us and/or subscribe to our mailing list today so you can stay up on the latest news and information as it happens. We look forward to the Beer Garden being your place to gather!
