Beer Garden Sod Installation This Week
Work on the Highland Creek Beer Garden is progressing at a rapid pace. Our work crews have been completing soil preparation throughout the Beer Garden. We got our first delivery of sod ten days ago. The second delivery arrived this week. It won’t be long until we can be on the Beer Garden Meadow eating pizza and drinking drafts.
Once the Beer Garden is in service, the Wood Fired Pizza Oven Concession Trailer will offer fresh baked pizzas in an authentic wood fired pizza oven, eight different beers on tap and a host of other food and beverage options all under the guidance of our Executive Chef Mike Leone. Menu creation and food preparations are in full swing with Mike and Sous Chef Mikey Orlando rolling out the Taproom menu. In addition to the Taproom menu, Chef Mike will be creating weekly specials of three-five entrees.
